At YGT, education is at the heart of everything we do. As many of you know, our foundation exists primarily to educate students of all ages about the importance of connection, because we believe every student deserves a bright future. With this mission in mind, we are dedicated to awarding student scholarships every year to invest in the futures of the learners in our community.
This year we had the same mission, just even bigger results...
We are proud to announce that in 2020 we awarded $20,000 in scholarships to 10 different students. This brings our total scholarship donation amount to $81,000 in the last four years.
Our scholarship recipients are students who are committed to academic excellence, with proof of a 3.5 GPA or higher, and community involvement, with a track record of being exceptionally kind-hearted. This year’s recipients were from numerous schools, including Union High School, Altamont High School, Juab High School and UBTECH Technical College. We couldn’t be more proud of them, and can’t wait to see what they do next.
